五分律:若比丘知他先敷臥具,後來強自敷,若使人敷,作是念:「若不樂者,自當出去」,波逸提。
僧祇律:若比丘知僧房內比丘先敷床褥,後來敷,欲擾亂令去,作是因緣不異,波夜提。
四分律:若比丘知先比丘住處,後來強於中間敷臥具止宿,念言:「彼若嫌迮者,自當避我去」作如是因緣,非余非威儀,波逸提。
十誦律:若比丘比丘房捨中,知諸比丘先安住敷臥具竟,後來強以臥具,若自敷、若使人敷,作是念:「若不樂者,自當出去」。是因緣故不異,波夜提。
根有律:若複苾芻於僧住處,知諸苾芻先此處住,後來於中故相惱觸,於彼臥具,若坐、若臥,作如是念:「彼若生苦者,自當避我去」,波逸底迦。

Whatever monk should lie down in a sleeping-place in a
dwelling belonging to the Order, knowing that he is
encroaching upon (the space intended for) a monk arrived
first, saying, ‘ He for whom it becomes too crowded may
depart,’ doing it for just this object, not for another,
there is an offence of expiation. |
