56.將混有飯粒的洗缽水倒在居士家

Na sasitthakaM pattadhovanaM antaraghare chaDDessAmI’ ti, sikkhA karanIyA.
「我不將混有飯粒的洗缽水倒在居士家」，應當學。
因緣
佛在婆祇鱷魚山恐怖林的鹿苑時，比丘們將混有飯粒的洗缽水倒在居士家，受居士批評。
犯相
1.對象：混有飯粒的洗缽水
2.方式：倒在居士家
無犯
1.無意。
2.不小心。
3.生病。
4.先將飯粒撈出後1才倒掉洗缽水。
5.意外事件。
6.比丘精神失常。
備註
五分律：不以缽中有食水灑白衣屋內，應當學。
僧祇律：不以缽中殘食棄地，應當學。
四分律：不得洗缽水棄白衣捨內，應當學。
十誦律：不應洗缽水棄白衣捨內，除語檀越，應當學。
根有律：在白衣捨不棄洗缽水，除問主人，應當學。

1.原文有四個動詞：uddharitvA（取出）､bhinditvA（破壞）､paTiggahetvA（拿）､nIharitvA（除去），不過都是指「將缽中的飯粒拿出」，所以總括為「撈出」。
